This is by far the best Birria I’ve had in a long, let alone Carlsbad. Great service, great chef, even better food! Birria pizza was delicious and still crispy when I got home. Consomé was top notch!

Im from Houston Texas and wow birria like this doesn’t exists over there. 9/10 super good! Definitely recommend a little pricey but worth it for sure! I would come back if I’m ever in NM again!

food was phenomenal. Seriously, every bite was incredible. And Leo—Just as amazing. He even surprised us with a little card magic show that totally made our night—it was the best!! But it doesn’t stop there—my boyfriend accidentally left his wallet behind. Thankfully, we had mentioned where we were staying, and by some miracle, Leo personally showed up with the wallet. We were in shock! Leo, you are freaking awesome. Thank you for the unforgettable experience and the warm welcome on our very first night in New Mexico!
